The History of Aperitivo
Aperitivo, which means "an aperitif" in Italian, was founded in 2010 by Rebecca and Jeremy Pyne. Inspired by their love for wine and the Italian tradition of enjoying pre-dinner drinks, the couple sought to create a place where people could gather and unwind with a glass of wine before their meal.
By carefully handpicking wines from different regions around the world and creating a warm and inviting atmosphere, Aperitivo quickly gained popularity among locals and tourists alike. Over the years, the bar has become known for its exceptional service, knowledgeable staff, and commitment to creating memorable experiences.

To enhance the wine experience, Aperitivo also offers a selection of gourmet cheese and charcuterie boards that pair perfectly with the different wine profiles. Each board is meticulously crafted, showcasing a variety of artisanal cheeses and cured meats that complement and enhance the flavors of the wines.
The Aperitivo Experience
Aperitivo embraces the Italian tradition of aperitivo, which refers to the concept of enjoying light drinks and appetizers before a meal. This concept encourages socializing, relaxation, and anticipation of the upcoming dining experience.
At Aperitivo, guests can immerse themselves in the aperitivo experience by choosing from a selection of carefully crafted cocktails and spirits that are designed to stimulate the appetite. These drinks, known as aperitifs, are typically light, refreshing, and slightly bitter.
Moreover, Aperitivo offers an array of small plates, such as bruschetta, crostinis, and olives, that perfectly complement the aperitifs. These small bites provide a delightful and flavorful introduction to the main course.
