Springdale is a city in Hamilton County, Ohio, United States. It is a suburb of Cincinnati. The population was 11,007 at the 2020 census. == Geography == According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 4.97 square miles (12.87 km2), of which 4.96 square miles (12.85 km2) is land and 0.01 square miles (0.03 km2) is water. == Demographics == === 2020 census === As of the census of 2020, there were 11,007 people living in the city, for a population density of 2,211.13 people per square mile (853.77/km2). There were 4,817 housing units. The racial makeup of the city was 41.6% White, 30.7% Black or African American, 1.8% Native American, 3.6% Asian, 0.2% Pacific Islander, 12.3% from some other race, and 9.9% from two or more races. 20.9% of the population were Hispanic or Latino of any race. There were 4,220 households, out of which 27.3% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 37.5% were married couples living together, 20.4% had a male householder with no spouse present, and 39.8% had a female householder with no spouse present. 33.0% of all households were made up of individuals, and 17.8% were someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
