Nestled in the breathtaking Smoky Mountains, this local gem offers a unique and unforgettable experience for wine enthusiasts and nature lovers alike.

    A Brief History of B & C Winery

B & C Winery has a rich history that dates back to its founding in 1984 by Bill and Carol Anderson. Over the years, the winery has gained a reputation for producing exceptional wines that reflect the unique terroir of the region. What started as a small family venture has now grown into a beloved establishment, attracting visitors from near and far.

    The Winemaking Process

At B & C Winery, every bottle of wine is crafted with dedication and expertise. The winemaking process begins with carefully selected grapes sourced from local vineyards. These vineyards benefit from the ideal combination of elevation, climate, and soil, resulting in grapes of exceptional quality.

Once the grapes are harvested, they are meticulously sorted and pressed to extract the flavorful juice. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, where the natural sugars in the grapes are transformed into alcohol. The skilled winemakers at B & C Winery closely monitor this process to ensure the perfect balance of flavors and aromas.

After fermentation, the wines are aged in oak barrels, allowing them to develop greater complexity and character. The length of aging varies depending on the wine type, with some wines requiring several months, while others may age for years. This dedication to the art of winemaking truly sets B & C Winery apart.
