A Unique Tasting Experience: Flights
One of the highlights of Flights Wine and Taproom is its innovative tasting concept. Embracing the idea that trying multiple wines side by side can enhance the appreciation and understanding of each individual pour, Flights offers exactly what its name suggests: wine flights.
These flights are carefully curated sets of three to five wines that allow customers to compare and contrast different varietals, regions, or winemaking techniques. By providing a side-by-side tasting experience, Flights empowers wine enthusiasts to explore new flavors, expand their knowledge, and discover new favorites.
For example, you may choose a flight that showcases the diversity of red wines from various regions. This allows you to taste the nuanced differences between a bold Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa Valley, a spicy Syrah from the Rhône Valley, and a velvety Pinot Noir from Oregon. This approach allows you to fully appreciate the unique characteristics of each wine and develop a deeper understanding of your personal preferences.
